Website Redesign: Bringing Kiandra’s New Brand to Life

Overview

In late 2022, Kiandra evolved its positioning from ‘Rapid Application Development’ to delivering business-critical software.

To support this shift and better align with enterprise audiences, the website needed to be refreshed to reflect a more mature, credible and outcomes-focused offering.

Having worked on previous iterations of the site, I led the redesign to bring this new direction to life.

The Challenge

The existing website no longer reflected Kiandra’s strategic direction or the complexity of its offering.

It needed to communicate greater depth, credibility and clarity, while still remaining accessible and easy to navigate for a broad audience.

At the same time, the project required a fast turnaround, with design, content and build needing to align seamlessly to deliver a high-quality outcome under tight timelines.

The Approach

I led the design process end-to-end, ensuring alignment between brand, content and user experience.

The process included:

  • Developing a mood board and initial design explorations to establish a refreshed visual direction aligned to Kiandra’s brand

  • Creating low-fidelity wireframes for every page to define structure, hierarchy and user flow

  • Collaborating closely with Kiandra’s Comms Manager to develop clear, consistent and strategically aligned copy

  • Presenting wireframes to the Senior Leadership Team for review and rapid approval.

Once the structure and messaging were locked in, I progressed to:

  • Designing high-fidelity UI across all pages for both desktop and mobile

  • Developing a design system and style guide to ensure consistency and scalability.

The designs were created in Figma and handed over to a developer for build in Webflow.

The Outcome

The website was designed, built and launched in just three weeks, demonstrating a highly efficient and collaborative delivery process.

Post-design, I worked closely with the Comms Manager to refine copy, optimise content and test performance across devices to ensure a polished final result.

The refreshed site successfully aligned Kiandra’s digital presence with its evolved positioning, delivering a more credible, modern and user-focused experience that better supports engagement with enterprise audiences.
