Overview
Kiandra underwent a major transformation, repositioning from a traditional IT services provider to a contemporary software development company. This required a complete rethink of the brand, digital presence and how complex services were communicated to market.
The Challenge
The existing brand lacked clarity, consistency and relevance. It didn’t reflect Kiandra’s evolving offering or resonate with modern enterprise audiences.
The website, a key lead generation channel, was also underperforming, with unclear messaging, fragmented user journeys and a lack of alignment with the broader business strategy.
The Approach
I led the end-to-end evolution of Kiandra’s brand and digital experience, aligning creative direction with marketing and commercial objectives.
This included:
Redefining brand positioning to reflect a modern, software-focused organisation
Working with a creative agency to develop the iconic K shape of Kiandra's logo
Designing a new visual identity system to create consistency across all touchpoints
Leading UX, wireframing and UI design for a new website focused on clarity, usability and conversion
Working closely with stakeholders, developers and marketing teams in an Agile environment to ensure alignment from concept through to delivery.


The Outcome
The rebrand repositioned Kiandra as a contemporary and credible software development partner, strengthening its presence across digital and physical channels.
The new website delivered measurable improvements in performance, including increased traffic, longer session duration and reduced bounce rate, contributing to stronger engagement and lead generation.
The evolved brand and supporting campaign assets played a key role in supporting a record $33m sales pipeline, demonstrating the commercial impact of aligning brand, UX and marketing strategy.
